How the Program Works?
Our High School Mentorship program gives bright young boys and girls in Grades 9,10,11 and 12 across the Greater Toronto Area the opportunity to meet positive role models, explore their career and education options, learn leadership skills and better prepare for their futures.
We match high school students (mentees) with volunteer young professionals (mentors) for a one-to-one mentoring relationship.

Mentor-mentee matches are based on career and education goals, hobbies and other interests. Mentees will meet with their mentors once each month to explore career options, make education and training plans, improve their leadership skills, gain new life experience and more.

Attend the mentee training session
Only candidates who demonstrate a genuine interest in learning from a mentor and are ready to make a year-long commitment to the program will be considered.
